I need something that does actual 5.1 Surround sound and that has either a SP/DIF or Optical digital out for my DAC. I can't tell what the difference is between these two units other than the fact that the SB Go! seems to have noise cancelling headphones included in the package.

Does anyone know whether either or both of these SB devices support actual Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound?
