i am so unbelievably pissed off at the moment...

ok first off... danger den sends my box to the wrong address.. they mixed the last to numbers up.. i called to see if it was my fault... but they had the right address sum1 just screwed up while getting the label... second.. i get my box open it up all excited to set up my new rig... first thing that pissed me off.... no screws to mount the fan to the radiator... i need to go to osh and get a fan thats going to work..... this.. really pissed me off... second thing... i get everything and I move onto my pump. but UH-OH! theres no pump in the box... i search around the styrofoam thinking it must be in there. I check the invoice and sure enough the pumps on the invoice but where oh were can it be.... not in the box. and finally I ordered 7 feet of tygon tubing..... 7 feet... 1-2-3-4-5-6-7... I only got 1-2-3-4....... do they think people cant tell the difference..

im just.. ugh... so gahhh.. un believably mad at the moment... now i have to wait till next wed-thurs for them to ship out my pump and my SEVEN feet of tubing.. im just... They couldn't even overnight it or 2 day it? I mean come on they screwed up my order. Its not my fault its theirs.. im just... gah... i dont even have words at the moment....

i've been waiting for my computer for forever.. the water cooling was the last thing... now i need to wait until next thurs-friday cus i still have to freaking leak test it.... im gonna go postalll... i swear....
 
wtf, that's really messed up man. I guess the guy that assembled your order shouldn't have gone drinking the night before, eh? :(
 
That is very surprising. Mr orders from them have been correct and packaged well. Sorry to hear this man. I'd be pissed too.

wtf are u kidding me do u know how reputable danger den is I have order tons of stuff from them and they have never screwed up. Maybe they just had a bad morning or something I would be pissed to but I would probably just call them up and be like some of my stuff got messed up and be like I was just calling to inform you that this happend. All I can say is it will be worth your time there products are really freaking sick. :)
 
i won't order from them, bought a 1048 from them awhile ago and they sent me an opened/broke pump. The pump was in the box backwards, letting teh inlet touch the side of the box... in shipping it was dropped and all the pressure went on the inlet nad it cracked.

Not sure how it all happened, if someone returned it (why accept opened stuff? tehn send me it) or they(dden) opened for some reason (why be retarded and put it back together wrong)... I can't think of any story that would make sense and be acceptable. Fine whatever tho, I didn't want to deal with it and just used epoxy to fix the crack. I emailed them at the same time just to see what they'd say and never got a responce.. bleh nice customer service, dtek has been good since then :p ... i've probalby only made 3-4 total orders so not huge loss for dden but I refuse to order anything from them anymore
 
I ordered 2 1/2 chrome fittings and they sent me 3/8 fittings... ARG!
 
Two things:

(1) Danger Den once sent me a FedEx package missing the street name, it made it to me somehow...

(2) They have fu(ked up my order MANY times. I think they have *slower* people running the shipping department.
 
Me too. Although their products are top notch, I've so far had: wrong tubing length, wrong tubing size, wrong pump size TWICE, and wrong fittings.
Bad shipping dept, great r&d dept, and customer service dept. What are you gonna do?
