no problems i see.

and a 2.8c is better than a 2.8E so i'd pick up one of those instead, but it's your money.
 
I also would rather have got a 2.8C.... however... its still a good processor so i wouldnt complain... unless you have some vapo chill and get the prescott to like 3.6 or something...
