Is there a way to go about diagnosing both drivers and boots in Windows 7?
Ideally, I'd like to find a programmatic way to find if/what drivers are being resource hogs, lagging, freezing, causing problems, etc., without having to mass uninstall or disable.
As for boots, I remember coming across a tool once that could basically "watch" the entire boot process and report on which drivers/processes/tasks were taking the longest, among other information.
