Yes, and no I am *not* running it in compatibility mode. Runs just fine as is.

if you download the cleint right from blizz store its fully patched and ready to go with vista x64

confirmed working 100% with vista x64

though it doesnt look pretty on a 24 inch LCD...

Yea I installed it last night and patched it through battle net and it worked great. but the rez was horrible, is there a way to make it 1680x1050? if not oh well ( I guess I'm spoiled by newer games )

No there is no way to increase the resolution. The best thing to do is just add the " -w " tag to the shortcut to run it in Windowed mode.
