Ok well, now that I have your attention...

I just recently bought a DGL-4300 d-link router from newegg, recieved it this past friday and hooked it up.

The signal seems great, all the computers in my home are recieving a great signal, and the game fuel throttling feature seems to work well, havent tested it very much tho.

My problem now is that I am recieving strange connection lag spikes (or stutters) when in games and using such things as Teamspeak or Ventrillo.

For example, when playing World of Warcraft, I recieve at random times large lag spikes, ill be playing then things wil freeze and then things will catch up to where they should be, the same thing happens in Battlefield 2142. (those are the only two games ive been playin lately)

With Vent and TS, people will be talking and ill recieve this strange lag spike and it will seem as tho they have stopped talking but then things will "catch up" or go back to normal and ill hear them finish there sentence.

I am using the dwl-g520 d-link adapter on Windows Vista RC2, neither the operating system nor the adapter card are the problem since they worked perfectly fine on my other d-link router I recently replaced. (DI-624)

So my question is, for all of you dgl-4300 owners, do you have any ideas on what is happening? any settings that I can change to increase performance? I know it is not my ISP connection, again everything worked fine on my other router.

Also I have the DGL-4300 firmware up to date, F/W = 1.6

Any ideas guys? sorry for the long post, need to get this problem fixed.
Any feedback at all would be great, thx.
