DFI Onboard or SB Live Value?

Just purchased the DFI UT Ultra-D (939) board.. Ive read good and bad about the onboard sound but I do have a Sound Blaster Live Value laying around. Which would be better to use?
 
Best thing to do is to try it yourself. With two low-end sources, base your choice on preference.
 
Can someone recommend a decent sound card that isnt overally expensive that would be better to run?
 
You can get audigy/audigy 2 refurb's direct from creative on ebay for like 30$
