DFI LP SLI mobo question

Are the DFI nF4 SLI boards user friendly? Are a lot of bios alterations necessary to get the system to boot? I have been looking at putting togther this system:

3000+ venice with xp90/panaflo
DFI lanparty UT SLI-DR
1gb (512x2) crucial balistiX
evGa 7800GT
audigy 2 zs
120gb 7200rpm sata hd
OCZ modstream psu
wavemaster case? (still deciding on the case)

and I was just wondering what some of your experiences were with these boards. I am planning on overclocking, but this is my first real build. I plan to take it slow and I have been reading up on this for a while. I feel like the DFI is a good choice, but I dont have a lot of experience in this area. Basically what I am asking is the DFI LP SLI-DR over my head? Thanks.

If you're concerned about user-friendliness at all, I have trouble endorsing the DFI for you- not meant to offend, just statement of fact. I'd recommend the Asus A8N, based on other responses around here.

Also, you might want to look at the ModStream520W instead- your system will be near the limit of a 450W, IMO. You'll be fine for now, but be careful adding anything later.
