DFI LanParty nf4 Ultra-D + Corsair TwinX PC3200?

So I am looking to buy 1GB of Corsair TwinX PC3200 DDR400 RAM, however I just checked DFI's compatibility chart for the nf4 Ultra-D motherboard (link ) and only the XMS PC3500 and above are listed as recommended. Is there anything wrong with using the PC3200 stuff? I'm quite the noob at building computers (this is my first) and I really don't know much about memory. Should I looking into buying the higher Mhz stuff? Thanks for any input!
