DFI Lanparty Expert ... NOT BOOTING HELP

Hello everyone

I have this system running fine for over a year... recently it takes longer than usual to boot... pausing at the DFI logo before booting... takes a few restart to boot.

This morning.... its stuck at the logo and wont boot at all. I took the system apart leaving only necessary components... Still wont boot. I notice the diagnose leds is stuck at 1 led ( VGA detected ). Its just stuck with that logo forever. I cant get into bios or do anything.

Please help if anybody is familiar with the problem. My comp spec is below. Thanks

Setup with a PCI video card. 1 Stick of Ram, and the Processor.

Reset the CMOS wait 30 minutes and Try to boot again..

Make sure to remove all external devices like flash keys etc..
