Im looking at buying a Lanparty what sort of chipset cooling do they come with? (Will have a XP-M with phase change on so the chipset will need good cooling).
 
They come with passive cooling. It's not bad either, but if you're doing that kind of [H]ardCore cooling you're going to need some hardcore active. Have you thought about adding a watercooling system to that? I saw someone do it once, it looked awesome. Phase cooling for the CPU and WaterCooling for the chipset and Video Card, it was overkill but awesome to look at.
 
I found mine to get too hot, i replaced it wih a thermalright NB-1, they make a copper version now too. keeps my NB cool to the touch at 500mhz.
