Device Manager Shows 2 9600XTs?

On a fresh install of Windows XP, device manager shows 2 Radeon 9600 Series video cards, one is labled secondary.

Display properties also shows Plug and Play monitor on Radeon 9600 Series and (Default Monitor) on Radeon 9600 Series - Secondary.

I only have 1 9600XT and one monitor, how in the world do I fix this? If I uninstall from device manager, it pops right back in on restart. Help :(
 
there is nothing to fix

this is normal

this is because the video card has dual display support, as you will notice, a VGA port and a DVI port on the card, the primary, and secondary display
