Detecting TV Card

i have a PCI TV Tunner card but i dont know which brand it is and also dont have any software for it.

Can any body tell how to figure out this thing so i can use it for playing TV on my PC.
 


the main chip on it shows number bt878khf

Oh, cards using that chipset tend to suck. Also, they're all software based encoders so they eat up CPU cycles while being low quality video. The drivers for them were so God awful that someone decided to make their own for it.
 
So can any body tell which card will be better which will work great and dont take CPU cycles.
