Detecting all devices withing wireless range using C#

I am trying to write a program, in C# on Windows 7, that can detect all devices with in my wireless access points' range that search for a wireless connection to connect too, i am also trying to figure out the mac-address of each device and its signal strength. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
