Does anyone know where I can find some desktop mounts where I can place my speakers are, kind of like the Ikea Jerker shelves but I have the Ikea Fedrick. I need something that has a surface which can mount easily to the table. It needs to support about 27lbs.

I've read your post at least 5 times and have no idea what you are asking. Can you rephrase and provide more information?
 
Basically I want some desktop mounts that I can put my speakers on to, that can swivel. In the picture, that is kind of what I am looking for but I want something more simple.
 
Ah, so you want something like in the picture, but to hold speakers instead of a laptop.

More info about the speakers could be helpful. What kind of speakers are they? Are they computer speakers or bookshelf speakers? What are their dimensions? How much do they weigh?

I'm not sure this is the right forum for this question. You could try googling "speaker desk mounts" and see what comes up.
 
They are the M-Audio BX8A. Studio Monitor speakers. 12” (H) x 10” (W) and about 24lbs EACH speaker.
I currently have a table-top already mounted on it with 4 brackets,. I want to see if I can get 2 of the same bracket:Bracketand just screw on a circular are square piece of wood to it and mount it to the side of my table. Any options for swivel brackets/mounts?
