Desktop Portability Mod...tips/suggestions

I'm trying to get my desktop to be portable. I have a 22" widescreen Envision monitor which is mountable and a rather standard beige ATX case. I'm looking for any tips on how to get a handle/mount the LCD screen on the case. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated! Thanks :D
