I have a ergotron LX LCD Arm, which support up to 20lbs. Has anyone used it or another one(specify which one and if it has tilt) to support a 32"+ HDTV?
I also thought about getting the Sanus arm because it looks modern and minimalistic. But i got the Ergotron LX for my 24" benq (< 35lbs). The only reason why I didn't get the Sanus was because the vertical adjustment is not on the fly like the Ergoton. You need to loosen 2 screws on the back on the stand, lower to preferred level, then re-tighten screws. I couldn't imaging doing that now because of how frequent I move my monitor around. But there aren't any other arms lower than 200$ that can keep up a monitor up that weighs up at that 30lb range, so you may need to compromise. I assume its pivot and swivel should be much better adjusted and smooth than the ergotron though. Which ever arm you choose, do a mini review with pics. That would be awesome.
EDIT:
Also the one he linked to is only the stand, there is no arm. The ones with arms are the SD115 (black) or MD115(silver). Unfortunately your gonna have to get another type of mount that costs way more maybe from lcdarms.com or something.
Anyone got one of these? I just picked up an LG W3000H (i think, the LG 30") and looking for a mount. I can't tell if this screen will work with an arm or not, I think it will. I had a Ergotron on my Dell 22" it was nice. Still have the Ergotron, gotta sell it or use it elsewhere.
