Deployed Printer GPO Error

I have a user that the printers are coming and going. (usually going)

The printers are deployed via GPO

when running a gpupdate /force I get the following error. Nothing in the logs to tell me whats going on.

Windows failed to apply the Deployed Printer Connections settings. Deployed Prin
ter Connections settings might have its own log file. Please click on the "More
information" link.
Computer Policy update has completed successfully.

Please advise.

Found the issue: For some reason the print spooler wasn't running.
