DemoShield Player error when installing Soundblaster audigy4 drivers!!!

After clicking next on the creative software setup welcome screen for installation (from CD), it gives me a microsoft error that DemoShield Player has enoucrtered a problem and needs to close. What is wrong??? Please someone help! the audio card is brand new!
 
yes I JUST uninstalled it becuase i read a post on the actual demoshield website about that causing problems.. lemme see if that works :)

Is there anyway around that thou? I would like to have quicktime installed.
