I love the way this game looks, it is absolutely gorgeous. However, after playing DotA and HoN and even LoL I can't understand why people would cling to this game with only 6 heroes.

Love the game, but I'll be honest, haven't plaeyd at all since BC2 and FF13 came out. Worth buying another copy for 5 bucks though.....

There are 10 heroes. I've played all those games, and demigod is by far the better game gameplay wise and graphically IMO. My favorite is that 9 of the demigods are very balanced, and can lead to some real interesting strategy combos. The demon assassin is way underpowered, my buddy and I have tried tons of different builds with him, and he always gets stomped.

Looks like this old thread was revived :D and yea, looks like i have a code too, if anyone is interested. DGFRIEND-4587208, expires on the 8th so better hurry up! Pretty fun game. :D

So you've been able to play the assassin...I wasn't able to play him. I'm pretty sure it's because it was new profile without anything built up.

You used to have to pull some goofiness in order to open up the demon assassin and oculus, not sure if that is still the case, or if they automatically unlock now. Back in the day you would have to create a multiplayer game, play as one of them against an AI opponent for a minute, and then end the round. You could then play them in single player, too. I've been playing demigod since launch, so I don't know if this is still the case.
