Demagnetized tools?

Is it important to use demagnetized tools when building a computer? Do I risk damaging anything if I don't use these types of tools?

I use a them all the time, so far so good. Unless you have hands the size of a 2 year old you have to use them sometimes.

My screwdriver somehow got naturally magnetized. It has just enough magnetism to barely pick up a computer screw. I've never had any issues using it.

You shouldn't have any problems. I use a magnetized screw driver for builds.

Being single handed I use a magnetized screw driver all the time.
Never had any trouble with/from it.
Plus you can pick up the screws that drop into the small spaces a lot easier with it than with your fingers.
