Well, I have my U2311H coming...

But it was a pain..

Order a monitor by phone to try to get 10% off (discount coupon)..
They say it doesn't apply to that monitor, etc. . . comes back, give other suggestions.
Nope, want that specific monitor...
.. Okay, they do that for me.

After repeating the price and model of the monitor about 10 times, and having it confirmed, the order is placed.. for about $70 less than it should have been.

Check e-mail, sure enough - wrong monitor.

The rep LIED.. Asked for a 23" monitor, they gave a 24". Ask for an IPS monitor, they gave a TN monitor... Had the model confirmed 4 or 6 times, U2311H.. they sent P2411H.

Thought they could send the wrong monitor and I wouldn't know the difference..

I ordered mine on Sunday. But it was also a pain. Apparently the website (Canada) crashed. So every time I put my order my order through and entered my Credit Card Number it did not , APPARENTLY, accept my order. Unbeknownst to me it was accepting my order. So unknowingly I had ordered 6 U2311s.

Finally I phoned and got a Salesman. I told him about my problem and he did not know of any website problems. Anyway he said he could order me one. After taking my order I asked him to make sure the other orders had not gone through. Since I had received no confirmation I did not think they had.

He checked and said I had paid for 7. After much talking I managed to convince him I had no need for 7. He cancelled 6 and hopefully I will get only 1.

I paid $199 (CDN) plus tax which included Dell's $90 discount plus the $50 coupon they sent me a week ago for joining. Not a bad deal I reckon.

^^^ $199 is a crazy deal for that monitor.
