Honestly looks like the graphic card is goin bud , i know its not what you wanted to hear but thats how it normally goes

I'm certain it's the GPU, due to an improper cooling design. Google E1705/M1710 NMI Memory Parity Error.

ah, I hope dell will help me out here then I guess.... no warranty but never know.

If you go the route of finding your own replacement GPU, Dell may still have them. They're ~$300, but you're guaranteed a working part as opposed to what can be found on Ebay or other sites.

alright thank you all for your answers, what I have in mind for the problem is to verifiy if its indeed the gpu, i will try to find a local shop that has a replacement gpu and pay some cash to at least confirm that the gpu is bad.

if the gpu is bad, i suppose i can buy perhaps
