Dell with X800 SE?

Hi guys,

Its been a long long time since ive upgraded my pc and i was just looking at the dell site. They are using X800 SE video cards. I know SE usualy means crap.

Can anyone let me know if this card is a peice of DoDo or what. Its a better card than a 9800XT right?
 
Its a R420 with 8 working pipes (8 are disabled). Its should be about as fast as a 9800XT or faster.
