Dell wfp2007, bleeding ?

hello,
i have a over 3 years old dell wfp2007, that looks like is bleeding or sweating from the inside.
it's only apparent on the top if the screen.
any ideas ?

when i turned it on, instead off black spots on bright background, it's turned to whites on black
but after a couple of minutes it cleared, and now there's nothing
but it will probably get back in a couple of days/hours
