Dell Warranty - Ebay

[icor1031]

So, ebay auctions such as this one,

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Dell-UltraS...9107?pt=Computer_Monitors&hash=item27b8b9a6a3

claim to carry Dell's 3-year warranty.

How do I know that's true?

There is a warranty ownership transfer form available on support.dell.com. As long as they complete that, AFAIK, you get the warranty all the same.
