Dell UPS Units: Your Experience

Looking to price up some hardware for a SMB, and wondering whether Dell UPS units are any good, or am I better off going "directly" to the likes of APC?

Dell's PSU's are good, for what you order, they put in a PSU that will power what your order and maybe a slight upgrade here and there.

I have yet to have a single dell PSU die on me, Dell wouldn't gain much from using cheap PSU's that die easily.
