Dell u3008wfp and u2707wfp

So I have really been looking hard for a new monitor or two, been thinking about grabbing a u3011 or one of the new hazro's from the hazro thread below. I found these two on cragislist can anyone comment on if you think these may be worth it or any specific problems with these monitors. Anyone know how bad the AG coating on them is?

Dell u2707wfp - $300

Dell u3008wfp - $800

There is no u2707wfp, you must mean 2707wfp. The 2707 is a good display for general use, but not so much for gaming. It has about 3 frames of lag, because it is based on a S-PVA panel. The 3008wfp has an ips panel, which means you will have issues with white glow and you may not like the AG coating.

Both displays are worth having, but I would not pay $800 for the 3008wfp, because the u3011 can be found as low as $1200. I would also be concerned with the age of the 2707wfp, because it is at least 4 years old.

Save up some more bucks and buy a new u3011.

ya the new coupon for the u3011 just came out. $1124 probly gonna pick one up
