I wonder if the 2413 has the same buzzing issue the 2713HM and 2713H have.

I have a U2713H and unless you make the room completely silent and fill notepad completely with #### signs I have never noticed any buzzing at all. Realistically the fan on a laptop/desktop is far louder than the buzzing the monitor produces, really a nitpicky issue IMO. My standard incandescent lightbulbs in the room make more noise then a screen filled with ######'s.
