Dell Studio 435 tower

[jg3]

I picked up a dell studio 435t with the 920 I7 on the outlet site, and was wondering if anybody out there has overclocked one of these. If so, can you give me some pointers. It would be appreciated. I know its not really a big time gaming machine, but I picked it up for $729 shipped after coupon, and added a XFX 5850.

I7 920
6 Gig Mem
Vista 64bit
1TB (7200rpm)
XFX 5850
Soundblaster Xi-Fi
BluRay +/- RW

Not a big time gaming machine? I think someone is being modest

Anyway, here's a thread that might help (http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1363003)

I'd seriously consider upgrading your stock power supply to a quality 500W. The 5850 isn't an energy hog, but the standard 300W dell psu is usally pretty low quality.

The Seasonic S12 is a high quality PSU and only $69 after MIR.
