I ordered this monitor on 3/1/10 for $209 with free 3-5 day shipping. As of today 3/9/10, i'm still waiting for the monitor and the Dell website continues to show my order as "in production". I contacted Dell over the weekend and they explained that in the case of Dell products, in production means that the product is still being manufactured. I expressed dissatisfaction with the estimated delivery date of 3/18 and asked to cancel the order. Dell offered to take an additional $25 off the price. After counter-offering $40, we agreed to a final discount of $30 to be taken off my credit card after delivery. I'm still a little annoyed with the delivery date, but the $30 off certainly helps.

BTW, depending on the state that you live, Dell charges an additional recylcing fee for the monitor. In the case of my state of California, it was $19.
 
a $19 recycling fee, scew that, not like dell is recycling it for me when it dies.
