Dell refurbished monitors

Has anyone ordered from the Dell outlet before? What's the condition of their refurbished products?

I'm thinking about ordering another Dell 2007WFP so I can have a dual monitor setup (which would save me around $80 compared to buying it new). I'd also like to know if their monitors all use the newest panels or not.
