Does the Dell Precision M4500 have a cap on the highest bandwidth for memory? I have 1333MHz memory in it, but only 4GB, and I want to upgrade to 16GB, but if I can use PC12800, that'd be so much better and not much more expensive than the PC10600.

You will most likely be able to use DDR3 1600 however it will run at the DDR3 1333 speed maximum since running at DDR3 1600 is an overclock of the memory controller on the CPU and HP will not allow overclocking.
