Dell OptiPlex 780 SFF Overclocking Help

I have a Dell OptiPlex 780 SFF and I would like to overclock my Intel Core 2 Q9650 @ 3GHz stock.

Unfortunately there are no bios options for this and I can't find the PLL to use SetFSB. So if any of the advanced overclockers out there might now of a way I'd welcome any advice.

Mainboard: Dell INC.
Model: 03NVJ6
Chipset: Intel Q45/Q43 Rev 03
Bios Version: A15 (can update to A16 or is this for OptiPlex 760 only?)

RAM: 16GB DDR3 PC-10700 (667 MHz)
DRAM Frequency = 532.6 MHz
FSB : RAM = 5:8 (7-7-7-20)

Because I have a terrible memory and don't even remember starting a thread about this already. Actually I was able to tweak around with it using SetFSB.
