Hi...
I want upgrade my dell 745 with memory..but dont know which will be faster.

Which memory guys do you suggest me ? and Do yo think processor Im bought will be good for this older motherboard?

I would check out the Crucial or Kingston memory finder. They will list all compatible upgrades, plus if you which is faster. DDR2800 is probably better.

what OS are you on? 32 bit or 64?

If your on a 32bit, stick with the 2X2 GB you wont notice any improvement with 4x2Gb. however if you are on a 64bit I suggest get the 4X2GB, you will be much better off.

Im use windows 7 x64bit
 
with that in mind I suggest the 4X2GB (as long as your MB allows for that capacity). The G Skill is wayy too expensive at $52 though, I would suggest getting something cheaper for 4 sticks of 2GB. Hope the helps
 
I've got a ton of these where I work. Never had a problem with 2 x 2GB of either Crucial, Mushkin, and I think we've tried a few Samsung DIMMs(?).
