Should I be able to view my drives info in crystaldisk after flashing to IT FW? I'm having some weird results and search is giving me mixed answers. I was able to see the drives in CDI and view info, then I could only see the temps in CDI, and now the drives don't even show up.

System is...

R5 1600
Asus B350
3x 8TB WD reds connected to h310 with a breakout cable
1x 256gb samsung pro connected to the MB
1x 4tb toshiba connected to the MB

yes you should. i use H310s as HBA's and all info is as if the HD was connected to the MB. actually even an IR firmware is capable of handing the drives straight through. an IT firmware that is the only option. i have noticed that drivers are crytical in getting these cards to work. and it is best if the driver version matches the firmware version on the card.
