I am a noob, so can I just ask some questions..

When you say one time use, do you mean one of those coupons can only be used by 1 person, thus after it is used this thread is useless? or do you mean someone cant use it for a desktop, and then get a laptop and try to use it again.

Second what exactly is EPP?
