Dell E173FP adjustable stand?

1. I have this monitor, and while it's not anything special, it doesn't have an adjustable stand like my 2005fpw so obviously it sits lower than I would like.
Dell has a 1704fpv that has an adjustable stand, so if I could buy this stand separately, would it fit?

2. I assume I have to call up Dell to buy this stand separately as they don't offer it on their website to buy, and it isn't in the "related products" for my (or any) monitor.

will it work? :confused:
 
I almost threw away my dell 2005 stand because i wall mounted mine.

but then I changed my mind and just put it in the attic.




maybe i should list it on ebay :confused:
