my touch mouse left click button on my laptop is broke i belive the springs are outta place i was wondering if anyone knows how i can fix this problem any help would be greatly appreciated im not trying to send my laptop back to dell there customer service sucks if any one could help it would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

ever heard of a period?
Cust service sucks perhaps, but once I called it took 2 days for a box to show up and once I actually made a pickup took maybe 4 days to have it back. Overnighted both ways. So talking to india sucks, but the repair depot isn't bad.

i havent opened it yet, but i know you cannot get to the mouse, unless you take the motherboard and that is a little to compilicated. i was wondering if there was another way to do get to the mouse.

i just got my laptop back from dell that was one of the problems they were supposed to fix but didnt. and im not trying to send my laptop back because when were shipping it back the first time they shipped it to the wrong address and i almost didnt get my laptop back. i had to talk to about 10 different dell people before the laptop got rerouted. not trying to go through the headache again
