I have a Dell Lattitude D600 whose LCD is acting up.

Here are pictures:

(In BIOS)

(On Windows Logon Screen)

I know it is a hardware issue. So my only question is it a graphics card problem (and thus a mobo problem) or is it a LCD problem?

Thanks.

It may be either one. However, given the laptop's age, it may be more practical for you to save up for a new laptop than it would be to spend money to replace either part (or both).
