Hi

My brother-in-law gave me an old Dell 21" Trinitron. The thing has a fair amount of ghosting and the general sharpness of everything (text, games) is pretty crappy. I've thought perhaps a nice, expensive monitor cable might resolve these problems because the one he has attached is an el cheapo.

Anyway, both of my monitors are having problems and I'm just not sure if this one is salvageable. A fancy Belkin cable, for monitors over 17" is like $65. The problem got even worse after I installed my 6800GT btw. Not sure what that means, but it's a new development.
