Anybody got a problem where you placed an order for a laptop and asked for 2nd day air? They gave it to me but it has been 5 days since it was shipped? I'm a bit pissed off about it as they used DHL and they blow ass.
 
I've bought things from dell and I've never had a problem with DHL. I always pick the slow cheap option and it usually comes withing the first week/ two weeks.

You should be able to track where the package is.
 
Well if you payed for 2nd day you should definantly call up dell and request a refund. Tell them it has been 5 days and you have not received your package.
