Dell Canada Return Policy

I am thinking of possibly getting the new Dell U2515H when it becomes available in Canada. However, I'm not sure if I will like the 1440p resolution. The native text could be too small, but I'd have to try it to know for sure.

If I feel I can't abide the 1440p resolution, can I still return the monitor to Dell within 30 days? Or do they only accept certain reasons for returns? Can I return a monitor because I don't like it?

There's nothing about acceptable reasons for returns on the Dell website.

Anyone have experience returning monitors to Dell Canada?

I returned 2 monitors to Dell Canada; the Canadian policy is the same as the US policy.

So it's possible to return a monitor to Dell no questions asked for any reason?

Good to know.

A couple years ago I was able to return a Dell monitor simply because it gave me headaches. They were very good about it.
