You can get bigger discounts in the states, not sure about the ones we get in Canada but I heard they are not as big as the ones the states get, and this monitor is usuasly 1399.

Got my 2405 for $933 plus tax during that ten day sale a couple of weeks back.
Ontario tax sucks tho.
Great monitor otherwise. No issues whatsoever
