Hey guys, my friend a Dell AS 500 that currently cannot play SC 2. When trying to launch the game the monitor gives the error "cannot display this video mode". I have attempted to change the resolution as well as the refresh rate (both to resolutions and refresh rates and the recommended by the manufacturer) and I still haven't gotten any results. I was remote controlling the PC to try and diagnose the problem and while launching the game I was able to get the game to give me a display through the remote control window; however, the monitor at the local station would still give the error (so obviously it is a monitor issue). I went to dell's site and all they said was try the optimal settings (1280 X 1024 @ 60 HZ) which as I said didn't help. So now I turn to you, my brothers.
