Dell & Apple Delay Filing Reports

Both Dell and Apple have delayed filing 3Q results because of ongoing investigations into stock options grants and accounting practices.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, Apple said that it was unable to meet the December 14 deadline for filing its annual report. The company cited its ongoing investigation into stock options grants as the reason and said that it would need to restate its historical financial statements.

...and as such, they face 10 points off their grade for each day it's late.

Gee.......I cant seem to find those stock option contracts anywhere........wait.......I dont think I was EVER given those.......you must have us confused with Hewlett-Packard.
