Hi guys,

First of all, this is my first post here, but I'm reading HardForum for quite some time now.

I'm trying to build a ~15TB storage. Two weeks ago I bought a Dell SAS 6/ir and was planning to flash it with IT fw. Which I did, after a backup of fw and BIOS. Did a server reboot, but now the card only detects 5 out of 8 HDDs.

MegaRaid Storage Manager reports "Device port count" 5 and shows only 5 "Backend SAS Address". Like this:

fwy4renfr

When I'm trying to flash original fw I get
Code:
Executing Operation: Flash Firmware Image

        Checksum Passed: 00000000

        Verifying NVDATA Compatibility. . .
ERROR: Cannot move backwards from NVDATA version 2D03 to 2806.

Due to error remaining commands will not be executed.
Unable to Process Commands.
Exiting SASFlash.

sasflash.exe -list is returning

Code:
Adapter Selected is a LSI SAS 1068E(B3):

Any ideeas why it's detecting only 5 HDDs?
