Dell 3008WFP Alternatives?

What is a good 30inch monitor of similar quality? I have been fighting with Dell's customer support for 2 weeks over an order, and am fed up with them. They want me to pay $179 to buy a years worth of North American support, but I disagree. I think a $1300 monitor should come with English speaking support, but instead I have been hung up on 5 times by Indian customer service reps. So to make a long story short, even if I actually receive my 3008WFP, I will be returning it just so I will NEVER have to deal with Dell's astounding level of incompetence. Is there an equal to the 3008WFP in terms of connectivity and screen quality, that actually comes with a good warranty and ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE? Thanks!

Return your 3008 and then buy another one from Dell's Small Business Division. You'll always deal with English speaking reps (usually based in Canada) and the customer service is quite good. That's what I did and I'm very pleased with the results. I had a refurb 3008 that had dead/stuck pixels. They actually replaced it with a brand new one when another refurb couldn't be located.
