I am thinking about picking this one up... mostly because I can get a deal through the office I work at. So it has to be a Dell and I want a 24 inch monitor. I need suggestions...

I play fast paced first person shooters... so I really want no input lag/ghosting/ etc...

I also have been waiting forever for 2408wfp successor... there hasn't been any announcements !?!?!? I know there is a revision A01 which came out last July and dealt with input lag... but if anyone has heard anything about a successor I will gladly wait! It seems as if Dell has updated all their monitors but 2408wfp...

I'm open for opinions... thanks!
 
The input lag is not solved on the A01 models.I wanted to get that monitor but many
users report its bad monitor (huge input lag ghosting,wide gamut (102%NTSC)
Dell 2209WA maybe ? E-IPS panel.
 
Thanks for the replies. Yeah i hear they still have huge issues with that Monitor. What should I get for 24 inch monitor...
 
You said it must be Dell right ? if thats the case then i don't know what to recommend
only Dell 2209WA 22 is IPS panel all other Dell monitors are S-PVA (not worth it) talking about 22-24 models.
