Dell 2407WFP Problem

Hi all,

Got my 2407WFP delivered on Friday and it is fantastic, but I have a problem. There are no dead/stuck pixels buy I have a line that runs the full height of the screen, but only visable on darker colours. Hopefully a picture will appear below:

Anyone seen this before. I assume it will have to be swapped?

Any advice welcome.

I’m at Dell Headquarters in Austin, Texas and I just came across this. I'm sorry to hear that it seems to have arrived with a problem. What I would do is test it with another system just to make sure it's the display and if so, either call support or contact me and I'll have a new one sent.
